The 5052 five-rib anti-slip aluminum deck plate (2.0–4.0 mm thickness, up to 2600 mm extra-wide, classic five-bar pattern) is the global shipbuilding standard for safe, lightweight, forever-new marine decks.
Alloy 5052-H32: 2.5 % Mg → 30 % stronger than 5086, DNV-GL & ABS certified.
Five-rib (height 1.5 mm): R12 slip rating even when wet or oily.
Extra-wide coil (≤2600 mm): fewer welds, seamless 12 m gangways.
Result: decks that stay grippy for 40 years in North Sea salt, reduce ship weight 2.8 t per 100 m², and install 70 % faster than steel chequer plate.
